The Mother Tree is an in-home Anthroposophic kindergarten and preschool offering morning programs and care for children 3 to 6 years old. Our philosophy is that the main work and learning of very young children should be through play. We honor their shining eyes by sharing with them the magic and beauty of nature through our daily celebrations of the seasons, deepening the wonder of childhood with art, crafts, song, theater and storytelling. By engaging the whole child in the learning process head, heart, and hands we enliven positive social habits, a thirst for learning, and a joy for living that will last a lifetime.
